MEALS

breakfast:
- 1 lrg pumpkin flavored dunkin donuts coffee with milk
- egg and cheese wrap
- hash browns (BAD)

snack:
- orange
- 3 butterscotch chip oatmeal cookies (BAD)

lunch:
- 4 sml slices fresh Italian bread
- sharp cheddar cheese
- mustard

dinner:
- cashews
-1/2 decaf, 1/2 regular coffee with part skim, part whole milk and one honey packet
- spicy V8 juice (2 srv)
- carrot sticks and cherry tomatoes

snack:
-Thai Basil Ramen Noodles (BAD)
