My New Pyramid

I'm trying to get more veggies, less dairy and whole grains. I think that will help with nutrition and staying away from grains that aren't the best type (fortified, etc.)

So, my new pyramid is:

~4 or 5 vegetables
~4 or 5 fruits
~3 legumes
~2 whole grain
~2 low fat dairy
~1 nut or seed

~0 or 1 or 2 bad things

~limitless neutral
~sparse oil

~weekly
