The Okinawa Program

I'm currently reading The Okinawa Program by Bradley & Craig Wilcox and Makoto Suzuki. Instead of being a diet plan book with an odd regimen of leaving whole swaths of things outs, this is more of a comprehnsive study as to why, historically speaking, the Okinawans enjoy the highest rate of longevity in the world.

I just think these nutrion studies and wellness studies are good to read, though I take nothing Biblically. I like to learn the lessons and adapt.
