Today's breakfast was so pretty!

Oatmeal with Berries and Flaxseed


Fresh raspberries - that I smooshed a little before putting into the bowl
About a teaspoon of Crofter's Blueberry Just Fruit Spread
A teaspoon of flax seed
Dash of nutmeg, cinnamon and salt
Plain rolled oats oatmeal
Hot water to your desired consistency (thick or thin - I like medium)
