Menu Ideas for the next couplah days

Things to Make for Dinner

-whole wheat pasta with asparagus, bell pepper, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and tomatoes
-minestrone with carrots, cabbage, bell pepper, scallions, celery, onion, red beans, potato, ww pasta, fresh parsley
-spinach and pinto bean casserole
-baked penne with shredded mozzarella, fresh basil, oregano and tomato

Things to Have for Breakfast

I bought fresh fruit to eat daily. Bananas, grapes and, of course, apples. It really does make me feel better. I also have three small loaves for a variety of toast, as my multigrain is getting a bit tired.

Things for Snack

Mixed nuts with sea salt were on sale at CVS. I also got Pastene's mixed Greek olives. Olives are delicious but expensive and Pastene's are the best deal. Then the baby dills were on sale, along with cheddar and pepper jack cheese.

Things to Drink

Iced herbal tea. Limes and water. Coffee with amond milk. Green tea.
