I ate POTATO CHIPS. Bad bad bad. And cheeseburgers without meat, french fries and iced mocha from McD's. TERRIBLE. That was Saturday's break down.
Today was better. 2 pieces of pizza (not the best nutritionally speaking but only 2) and salad, a good breakfast as lunch of eggs and veggie homefries and tea.
Tomorrow is an easy day, just 6 hours at the store, though I do have a lot of errands to run for my upcoming trip on Tuesday to NYC.
YOGA YOGA YOGA is my April vacation resolution. I need to start yoga and start walking again. I have to update here that I've done enough exercise for the day and stayed away from the bad snacks.
