Easy Tomato Basil Mozzarella

This only works if your grocery stores has one of those olive salad bars.

about 5 globs of fresh mozzarella from olive bar- chopped
about 5 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil from olive bar -chopped
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (in today's case, 3 small chopped)
two handfuls of fresh basil (fresh from my garden!) - chopped
some more olive oil if necessary (you eyeball it and decide how "wet" you want the mixture)

Add all ingredients to bowl. Mix well. Let sit for at least half an hour. Serve on whatever bread you like. I had it on Olive Ciabatta Loaf slices. Omagahd, awesomely yummy.
