I don't believe in diets, but I really like eating healthy. I'm doing it by trying to make sure I have five servings of fruits and/or vegetables every day. Sometimes a meal looks really pretty and I share it. Like this one. That's the other way to make sure I eat healthy: make it look pretty. Put everything out on plates so I can view it all and appreciate the meal. That's a tip from the super cute little book "French Women Don't Get Fat" by Mireille Guiliano.
